Do you want to see the morning activities of Hanoi people in the early morning? Taking a bike tour around the lakes in Hanoi is the best way. On this half day, we will see 02 different lakes including Hoan Kiem Lake and West Lake. Hanoi is a city full of character – and there's no better time to experience it than in the early morning. As dawn breaks, be prepared to get swept up in the buzz of activities during the morning rush hours. Catch a glimpse of Hanoi's residents performing their morning exercise routines on the banks of Hoan Kiem Lake and, perhaps, join a tai chi class to stretch your tired limbs.

6:00 AM, meet up at your hotel, the guide will give a short briefing about the bikes such as how to change the speed drivetrain and locations to go. We bike around Hoan Kiem Lake to see the early morning activities of local people. Then, we head to the biggest lake of Hanoi, West Lake. On the way, we stop at Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and the Presidential Palace for photo taking. Arrive the West Lake, we bike around the lake in approximately 1,5 hours. A lot of local people choose the place for the morning exercise and jogging. After circling the lake, we have a short visit to Tran Quoc Pagoda.
9:00 AM. The trip ends with a bowl of Pho (beef noodle) or café at lake view place. We bike back hotel

Tour 02: Hanoi Half Day Tour to Historic Sites
We will visit Thang Long ancient Citadel, a cultural complex that comprises Thang Long Imperial City during the dynasties of King Ly, King Tran and King Le and Hanoi Citadel during the Nguyen Dynasty.

One place you should not miss that is Huu Tiep Lake. Located in an area of Hanoi called Ngoc Ha (Flower Village), an American B-52 that was shot down during the Christmas bombing in 1968 (1972) sits rusting in a small pond surrounded by a busy market. And, the last place to go was Hanoi Botanical Garden. Here, you can see local people jogging, doing exercise and couple taking wedding photo.

We will visit Doan Mon gate, Kinh Thien Palace, Hau Lau and The Northern Gate. Keep walking north, we will see the house D67, an underground tunnel enabled the military to flee to other parts in case of a raid. There, you can understand how Vietnamese military fought to protect the capital and that’s the place where General Vo Nguyen Giap used to work and live.
After visiting Thang Long Citadel, we continue cycling to Huu Tiep Lake and see the B-52 Memorial. A B52 was shot down by North Vietnamese SA-2 Surface to Air Missiles during the Christmas Offensive of December 1972. Visiting Ngoc Ha Market is also available.

The pagoda was built under the dynasty of King Tran Thanh Tong (1258-1278) and rebuilt in 1647 in the Le Dynasty by Chinese Zen Buddhist priest Zhus Zhus, known as Chuyet Chuyet in Vietnamese. Legend has it that when leaving his former pagoda on the northern bank of the Duong River, priest Chuyet Chuyet saw a flock of flying swallows suddenly swooping down and perching on the ground on the southern bank, he decided to rebuild the pagoda there, named it Ninh Phuc Tu, which means peace, and bless. We also visit Dong Ho village where people making a very special kind of Painting, Dong Ho folk woodcut painting.
They all use natural material to make the woodcut painting. For example, Diep paper was made from bark of do tree then mixed with powders of seashells; colors from tree leaves, flower, coal….But today, just 3 family still keep that traditional product because of modern printed painting. The village now is more famous for the “paper things” that burnt for the death. It should not be missed because, this place, you can see Iphone, Ipad, washing machine, cars…..from paper.

Behind the backyard garden stand two stone stupas of the monk Zhus Zhus and Minh Hanh. Once visiting in 1876, the King Tu Duc saw the stone stupa's shape like a pen and named this pagoda But Thap.
